We would like to introduce the performance of Fathers Liquid Rubber .
We conducted various tests to evaluate the performance of this product. Below is a summary of the test results:
1. Application of Liquid Rubber Coating:
* We applied the Liquid Rubber coating to a steel plate surface.
* After coating, the thickness was measured at 360 microns, and various tests were conducted.
2. Transparency:
* The coated surface was very transparent, to the extent that minor scratches on the steel plate were visible under a magnifying glass. This indicates that the coating preserves the original surface of the steel plate while providing protective functions.
3. Hardness Test:
* The hardness of the coating was measured at 88 Shore A.
* This level of hardness is similar to that of very hard rubber or soft plastic, and is even higher than that of standard gym rubber flooring (about 80 Shore A). This means it offers very strong resistance to external forces or pressure.
4. Surface Insulation Resistance:
* The surface insulation resistance was measured at 10¹² Ω.
* This indicates extremely high insulation resistance, significantly surpassing the surface insulation resistance of typical rubber (natural and synthetic rubber, approximately 10⁹ Ω), demonstrating its superior electrical insulation properties.
5. Insulation Voltage Test:
* The coated steel plate maintained very high insulation resistance (over 20 GΩ) even at 2500 volts.
* The fact that resistance could not be measured indicates that the coating maintains extremely high insulation performance against voltage, with the resistance being too high to be measured within the range.
These test results show that Fathers Liquid Rubber provides excellent transparency, hardness, and electrical insulation performance, especially demonstrating stable protective functions even in high-voltage environments.
This product can be utilized as a reliable coating solution in various industries.
